Yes to prop 8
My friend Cristi created this you tube video to help support proposition 8, to uphold the marriage of man and woman. If you have any family or friends in California, encourage them to uphold the bond of marriage between man and women.
5 year Anniversary
Well 5 years ago today Tyler and I were sealed in Mt. Timpanogas temple. We have had bumps along the way but more happy times than anything. We have both Graduated with Bachelors degree’s . We have a beautiful 2 and 1/2 year old. We bought a home, and are now selling it. I started Teaching and Ty has a real job, we are so grown up!!!
We have made wonderful friends, we are have travelled to many different places and plan to travel a lot more. ![]()

I am really grateful to have a wonderful husband who cares about me . Who is willing to do what it takes to make me happy. He tryes really hard to do things to please me. I think a marriage works wonders when both husband and wife puts others needs above their own.
Tonight for dinner we went to the Burger barn in Roy. (How romantic) it was really good. Tyler wrote down my order so that he would not get it wrong. How cute is he. We are celebrating our Anniversary in Las Vegas next Wednesday to Sunday. So we did not do much tonight.
Also, on our way to Roy, we got a phone call saying that Dan (Julie’s boyfriend was stabbed )Tyler’s cousin
He was stabbed because he cut someone off driving down the road. He is now in critical condition and undergoing surgery. How can people even think about doing something so stupid over road rage. People need to think before they act!!!
Life just flies when you are having fun!
We are just loving living in Salt Lake.
I have an excellent third grade class, and really good friends that I work with.
Life has just crusied by, I remember August 1st the day we moved and it seems like it was just yesterday when we loaded the storage unit in Sandy and I started setting up my classroom. Now, it is October 1st and here we are! Last month we accepted an offer on our Rexburg house, well we found out that it has now failed. I guess it is just not time to sell the house, we will be waiting for the right family to purchase our lovely home. I hope something works out sooner than later though. I do miss my friends in Rexburg, but I love being in the city. Malls, food and people everywhere. We are having a blast here. My family is only 3.5 hours aways, and so is Ty’s parents. We spend a lot of time with BJ and Jana and little IZZY. IT has been really fun to hang out with them.
I just want to express my gratitude for all the blessing we have received this year. Our lives are truly blessed and we have so much to be thankful for. Abbey will be three in just 2.5 months!! I am grateful she is still alive!!(she is truly a trial of patience) Abbey came to school after lunch today to get her pictures taken, she was such a hamm, the kids loved her and she just loved all the attention. She always talks about mom’s class.
Tyler and I will be having our 5th Anniversary next Friday. Also, we have finally received a paycheck 2 times what we made in Idaho. Our eduction has truly blessed our lives. We have two wonderful families and a lot of supportive family and friends.
I will have to post some pictures soon.
